Returns and refunds
- Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
- Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Used towels, sale/clearance items, and custom artist collaborations are Final Sale.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
